Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from en garde.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact and attached.

The item must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or had their tags removed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, or accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items or discounted purchases may also be considered final unless stated otherwise at checkout.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@engardeclothing.com with the following details:

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item unless it was received in a defective or incorrect condition.
We recommend using a tracked courier service (such as DHL or FedEx) to ensure your return safely reaches us.
en garde is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to swap an item for a different size or color, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@engardeclothing.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

All returns must meet the above conditions to qualify for a refund.
Items that fail inspection — such as those missing tags, showing wear, or returned beyond 14 days — may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
